Academic Transcripts & Statements
Masters students are issued an unofficial Statement of Results at the end of Year 1, Year 2 and upon completion of the Masters.
Academic Transcripts are an official document and not issued until awards have been approved by the Academic Board upon successful completion of their degree, and the graduation ceremony has taken place.
Masters and Professional Doctorate
Upon completion of your course Student Services will issue you with a Statement of Results and Letter of Completion. For Masters Workplace Practice stream students who have completed, these documents can be used to apply for ANZACATA professional membership.
Graduation ceremonies are held for student/candidates who have successfully completed the Masters or the Professional Doctorate, and take place the year following your course completion. Student Services will send you a form to complete so student/candidates can indicate if they wish to attend the graduation ceremony or graduate ‘in absentia’.
Academic transcripts and testamurs are conferred at the graduation ceremony. Students who choose to graduate in absentia will receive their hardcopy transcript and testamur in the post.
Exit with the Graduate Diploma
Students who choose to exit with a Graduate Diploma after completing the AQF8 subjects will receive a Statement of Attainment and Letter of Completion via email from Student Services. Academic transcripts and testamurs for the Graduate Diploma award are conferred the year following the exit date. These documents will be sent to students in the post.
Students choosing to exit with the graduate Diploma can re-apply to return to complete their Masters, two years after they exit the course. Student Services can provide more information about this process upon request.
