Schedule of Fees
Our Schedule of Fees outline all course fees for each subject across the academic year, with separate schedules provided for each year level.
Each subject or semester has its own census date. Students who defer their studies or withdraw before the relevant census date will not be charged for that subject or semester.

Fee-Help Assistance
Fee-Help government assistance is available for all MIECAT Institute accredited courses.
It is important to check you are eligible for Fee-Help prior to applying if you are seeking financial assistance. Find out if you are eligible on the Australian Government’s Study Assist website, or read more here, 2026 FEE HELP information booklet.
Students on Fee-Help will receive a Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) up to 28 days after the census date of a unit.
Upfront Payment
Students who wish to pay their course fees upfront will receive an invoice shortly after the census date of each subject or semester, with payment required within 30 days of the invoice date.
